Dear Valued OVC Customer,

The office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced that Tariff 301 List 3 will go into effect Monday, September 24th, 2018. Per the announcement, the 10% tariff will be effective September 24, 2018, and an additional 15% will become effective January 1, 2019.

Relative to Ohio Valve Co., this 10% tariff affects all our products, excluding check valves.

This 10% tariff will be applied to all new orders and existing back orders. This new Tariff 301 List 3 will be applied by means of new price lists, which will be available on our website www.ohiovalve.com by Monday, September 24, 2018. Items on back order that will not be shipped by Friday, September 21 will require a price adjustment and your confirmation of the increase and/or cancellation.
